Do portable air conditioners need a window?
Monobloc units push warm air out through a hose, so they need a window, door or vent opening — we supply a sealing kit. Split units only need a small gap for the pipe, so they work in rooms with sealed windows.
Is there a minimum hire period?
No. Hire for a day, a week or a whole summer. Longer hires are cheaper per day, and we always charge the lowest rate that fits your dates.
Do you install and collect?
Yes — our own engineers deliver, set up, show you how it works and collect at the end. Delivery and collection is a flat fee per order.
Can the unit run 24/7 in a server room?
Our Rack and Split units are rated for continuous duty and come with condensate pumps, so there's no tank to empty. We can add a remote high-temperature alarm.
What if it's not cool enough?
Call us. If the room needs more cooling than we expected, we'll swap or add units — and we won't charge delivery again.
